Bulgogi is shaved ribeye steak marinated overnight in teriyaki sauce, then grilled and served on a buttered, grilled, baked-fresh hamburger roll. The establishment prepares a batch at closing time, and it marinates overnight for the next day's lunch crowd. Once it sells out for the day, they don't make anymore, and believe me some days it sells out before lunch is over!
