If only that were true - This area is such a beautiful place sadly it isn’t just footprints that get left behind when people visit. This is to coincide with the annual geocaching CITO weekend
The aim of this event is to form a line along the beach from the cliff to the water’s edge and walk from beach below the meeting point along to the cliffs at the bottom of Arbor lane in pakefield and then back again collecting and bagging any rubbish that you spot along the route.
As the beach is hard going for pushchairs and wheel chairs we also hope to have a small group walking the cliff path clearing any rubbish this is suitable for both wheel chairs and push chairs but has a few step hills.
We will bring lots of black bags with us and have disposable gloves but it might be worth you bring your own stronger gloves to protect your hands if you have them.
Dogs are welcome but we ask that they be kept under close control as horses use this stretch of the beach daily.
Starting at 10 am
The 11th Annual CITO weekend runs on April 20, 21 or 22 this year if you attend a CITO event over this weekend you will earn a 2013 CITO Souvenir for your Geocaching profile.
