A Celestine Prophecy?? Mystery Cache

While going through my bookshelf the other day, a note fell out from between the pages of an old history tome I had been given many years ago, but had completely forgotten about until now. Apparently it had been discovered in some secret religious files around the 16th century.

The note was partially written in Latin, but I have transcribed it as best I can from some research.

It reads as such:

"From the mountainous crown, the flower of flowers will blossom. It it said that he will been borne from a castle of the Tiber. With the enemy expelled, it shall be known that the pious citizens in war, will earn their glorious penitence.

The country animal, will defeat the apostolic pilgrim in the end. The good count, then will acquire the square of mixture from him. In the trouble of peace, the wise will enjoy their trifling grain." - Bishop of Down, 1139.

Now I cannot verify it authenticity (a fabrication no doubt). That said, portions of it are probably contained in a larger, more encompassing communique. I believe that the message can be deciphered to determine a secret directive and that the final answer could even possibly be co-ordinates.

For the sagacious perusing this who maybe are up to the task to gather what they can from the missive, I wish you good luck and good blessings.

What I do know from memory is that the message leads to a secret container, a 200mL Sistema with a logbook and pencil. I too am certain that it has nothing to do with the book/movie of the same name as the title.
