I decided to place this cache in honor and remembrance of the three men that lost their lives only a few hundred feet from this spot on june 24,2012 at around 10:01 am two union pacific trains collided head on the east bound train was supposed to stop at the siding in goodwell and didn't one person survived the crash only by jumping from the slower moving west bound train the crash cost millions of dollars in damage but most importantly it took the lives of three beloved men
