Splendida chiesa a Falzes

Wunderschöne Kirche in Pfalzen

Italiano  :

S. Valentino con lo slanciato campanile gotico degli inizi del XVI secolo. La navata fu consacrata già nel 1434. La preziosa statua del vescovo itinerante S. Valentino della metà del XV secolo si trova al Museo Diocesano di Bressanone. In occasione dei restauri del 1979/80 è stato scoperto un ciclo di affreschi di Friedrich Pacher (1487) sulla parte interna a nord.

Das Langhaus St. Valentin wurde schon 1434 eingeweiht. Der gotische Turm stammt aus dem Anfang des 16. Jh. Die wertvolle Statue des sitzenden Wanderbischofs St. Valentin aus der Mitte des 15. Jh. befindet sich im Diözesanmuseum Brixen. Anlässlich der Restaurierung 1979/80 wurde ein ganzer Freskenzyklus von Friedrich Pacher (1487) an der Nordinnenwand freigelegt.
