The cache is hidden in the courtyard garden of Uttoxeter Library. It can only be reached during library opening hours which are:
Mon 9.00 - 500
Tues 9.00 - 500
Wed 9.00 - 500
Thurs 9.00 - 500
Fri 9.00 - 7.00
Sat 9.00 - 4.00
It cannot be accessed at any other time.
This cache combines three of my favourite things,; reading, gardening and, of course, geocaching.
The cache is a small, green clip-lock box originally containing a logbook, pencil, and a few swaps. It is big enough to hold most TBs.
Uttoxeter Library garden is maintained by Uttoxeter Library 'Garden Party' volunteers. The area is overlooked by muggles so stealth may be required. Whilst you are there why not browse through the books . Maybe you can find some books about geocaching, or even 'The Secret Garden' by Frances Hodgson Burnett.
