Geocache Description:


There used to be a cache around here, but never got to find it before it was archived so thought to put one here as the Forest Pools are lovely to visit & it is the start of the Waipapa River Track Puketi Forest Track Info....
Also, placing this cache as a little memorial for our geodog who was born nearby & to send off his travelbug - Go Barnie Go!
Take care as there are gin traps (in trees)in the area; they are well marked, but warn the kids!
The cache is quite full; squashing the air out of the log-bag helps it fit in much better thanks
