This cache is located in the beautiful Victoria Park just off a main walking trail.
Park in the main parking lot and walk up to the falls. Once you get to the main falls, continue up to the second set. Take the stairs that face these falls up and come out onto the road. The cache is located just off this main walking road, and there are some small bike trails that lead into the area of the cache. Be careful in the area because there is a steep drop-off, but the place where the cache is hidden should be safe.
The cache is a medium-sized lock & lock container covered in black duct tape.
