First solve the Frameworks puzzle, then substitute the numbers from the puzzle for the letters in the coordinate formulas. When you evaluate the formulas, you will know the location of Stage 1. The message there will guide you to the final location.
To solve the Frameworks puzzle, place the digits 1 through 9 in the squares so that each circle and each octagon contains the sum of the numbers in the squares that are connected to it. Use the digits 1 through 9 once and only once in the squares. All the circles should contain the same number, and all the octagons should contain the same number, but different than the number in the circles.
