Park Place Traditional Cache

You are coming into a relatively new and still developing city park, an eductional forest. This used to be Toisnot Village, a mobile home park. In fact, I lived here for 7 years in the 1970s, about 150 feet from this cache! Hurricane Floyd flooded the area, so it has become a park. BYOP for the micro, and enjoy the park. Congrats to CacheUMan for FTF.
