There is a nostalgic bldg, nearby the Watanabe-bashi which hangs over the Dojima River.
First built in 1913 for the Chuo Denki Kyokai.
But it has been reduced to ashes by an unidentified fire.
The building of the second generation was rebuilt in 1916.
However, because this building became small by the increase in user immediately.rebuilt again in 1930.
The current building was built then.

堂島川に架かる渡辺橋の近く、レトロなビルが建っています。
最初、中央電気協会として1913年（大正2年）に建てられました。
しかし原因不明の火災で全焼してしまいました。
二代目の建物は1916(大正5年)に再建されました。
ところが、この建物もすぐに利用者の増加によって手狭になったため
1930(昭和5年)にまた再建されました。
現在のビルはこのとき建てられたものです。
