BGT20 - King of the Jungle Traditional Cache

This is the location where the Blackshear Lion's Club used to meet (thus the concrete lion statues at the front of the building). However, we have heard that the Blackshear Lion's Club is no longer in existence. The property has been sold to eventually be used again. We've been told there will soon be picnic tables available for people with RVs passing through town to be able to stop and have a picnic. But for now, it's an unused building with remnants of what is used to be. The cache should be fairly easy to locate.
