Geocache Description:

A quick, solve-on-site puzzle at the West of the Pecos Museum, home to a replica of the "office" of Texas legend, Judge Roy Bean.  

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but you will need to get there to solve the puzzle below.



The West of the Pecos Museum is an historically recognized landmark in Texas, opening in 1963. Created from a saloon built in 1896 and a hotel added in 1904. The original Saloon is on the ground floor and you should start your visit here. As The West of the Pecos Museum is known today: Three full floors, over 50 rooms of exhibits, artifacts, history and West Texas lore, not to mention the outdoor exhibits. All are available to the public at a self-paced walking tour or with a Guided Tour. Don’t forget to bring your camera.


Using the posted coordinates, navigate to a spot on the sidewalk right in front of the replica of the office of "The Law West of the Pecos."  Turn completely around and you should have a good view of everything you will need to answer the following questions.  The correct answers to the questions will give you the north and west coordinates for the final location.  Good luck!
