Here Fishy Fishy Fishy Traditional Cache

This cache is in Shannon Lake Regional Park in West Kelowna.  This park is known for its family friendly fishing.  There is a great "kiddy pool" in the summer that gets stocked with fish so kids have a great experience.  In the winter, one can often see many fisher-people out ice fishing.  The lake has bass, rainbow trout and perch.  Although fun to catch, I wouldn't recommend eating the fish caught.  When going to the cache, one can either take the 'hard' way and walk along the water, or take a nice stroll along the main path.  There is a short bout of steep terrain if taking the main path, so proper footwear is advised.  The cache is stocked with lots of goodies, including a wee little first to find trophy.  Happy Hunting! SAFETY NOTE: If you are allergic to wasps, please do not go during the warmer months. Many reports of being stung! And it's very prickly during the summer as well!
