This cache completes the trilogy of geocaches in the Hearsons Cove area.
Easily accessible on foot a few hours either side of low tide; a half hour walk from Hearsons Cove beach along the tidal flats. You are very likely to spot mud crabs and numerous varieties of birds. As you approach the island you may want to put foot wear on as there's a few oyster shells around. Otherwise the little island can be reached by a tinny or kayak.
Be sure to take a camera as the views can be stunning.
The cache is a clear plastic click-clack container with a notepad, pen, pencil and a few goodies for the kids. There's also a trackable fridge magnetic!
