Geocache Description:

A simple cache in an unfinished commercial development in my part of town. I was happy to see this development start, years ago. Now I just hope it will someday get finished.

It was cold today, but hiding this cache only required us to get out of the car for 2 or 3 minutes. Finding it will take even less.

It's small, but there is room for small trade items, including small trackables.
