I don’t know why but the hard puzzles by an unnamed Puzzle Master all start out with a song that seems to have nothing to do with the puzzle. So I guess this one should also. Or maybe there is a good hint there, or maybe not!

Are you picking up a repeted theme that could be a key! Anyway this is my visit to the dark side. Will it be just a visit or will the dark side exert its powerful force.
This will be a strait forward cipher with two steps to solve to get the coordinates. There are no hints, but the helpful herrings will provide the help you need. It will be much easier to work through the helpful herrings first. Maybe it really is a multi-part puzzle! Now is that totally clear, or are you getting confused? I think I am confussing myself!

There are hints and inbedded help for the herrings, they should be easier than the main puzzle or you would not struggle with them first! So far being evil and devious seems to be a lot of fun! The last time I tried that on a puzzle was GC2QVXF
