CACHE IS NOT AT THE ABOVE COORDINATES!! Welcome to the Party in the Parks series! This short series is designed to take you to a couple of the tiny parks around Eastlake, and to a puzzle cache finale.
At last, the party is coming to an end. Like every other party everyone takes place in, somebody is eventually crowned the winner. One of these shining over them, they do their victory dance and get ready for the next round of mahem!
We're expanding the puzzle to encompass all 4 parks that were originally included. The other two will be questions to answer that will reveal variables D and E.
D will equal the number of slides (physical slides, not slide openings) at Waypoint 1 (N 32° 39.370 W 116° 58.913)
E will equal the number of tiles that the Eastlake logo covers (even partially) on the sign of the park name, located at Waypoint 2 (N 32° 39.388 W 116° 58.610)
