Grub Kelp, a LEP Corporal, is in the area hunting for Snrif Retep who recently escaped from Howlers Peak. Grub Kelp would like nothing better than to have a desk job for the rest of his life. From this spot, he has a view of the city sky-scrapers, where the desk job of his dreams might be located.
Gnomes are one of the eight fairy families of The People. They are known to be short and overweight, but there are rare occasions of a tall and skinny gnome.
Goblins are one of the eight fairy families and are incredibly dim-witted. They are violent and very power-hungry; the ability to conjure fire balls doesn't stifle this nature either.
