Park Maksimir koji je izvorno nastao na rubnim dijelovima Zagreba krajem 18. i u prvoj polovicci 19. stoljeća, danas je u cijelosti okružen gradskim naseljima. I u takvom novom okruženju, park Maksimir predstavlja mjesto gdje su, usprkos njegovoj površini od 316 hektara, utočište pronašle mnoge biljne i životinjske vrste. Osim šuma u parku Maksimir možemo naći livade, jezera i potoke, koji također predstavljaju važna staništa raznim biljkama i životinjama te time doprinose njegovoj biološkoj raznolikosti.
Ovaj multi-cache vas vodi kroz šetnju parkom, njegovom florom i faunom te potragom za djelovima slagalice čije su lokacije označene na karti. Uživaj te u parku i šetnji te ne zaboravite sjesti i odmorit.

Park Maksimir, which was originally formed on the outskirts of Zagreb at the end of 18 th and the first half of 19 th century, today is completely surrounded with town settlements. In this new surrounding Park Maksimir still represents a shelter for many plant and animal species, despite its small area of 316 ha. Its value for the protection of endangered species connected to old hollows is significant because of preserved hundred-year-old oak forests. Besides forests in Park Maksimir we can find meadows, lakes and streams, which also represent important habitats for various plants and animal, and in that way contribute to its biological diversity.
This multi-cache takes you in a walk through the park, its flora and fauna, and the search for the parts of the puzzle whose locations are marked on the map. Have fun in the park and in the walk and do not forget to sit down and relax.
