Geocache Description:

You are searching for a cylindrical tube over your head. It might be harder in the winter. It can be found at the Susquehanna River Fishing Access near Emmons, NY, located on Stillwater Road, just off of County Highway 47.  There is plenty of parking and potentially plenty of muggles.  It's also a pleasant place to sit in the sun and watch the river go by.
