En tidig måndagsmorgon i augusti 2004 kolliderar ett tankbilsekipage lastat med 56000 liter bensin med en av pelarna till denna bro. Vid kollisionen läckte det ut nästan 30000 liter bensin till omgivningen. Men konstigt nog blev det varken en explosion eller någon eldsvåda (förbryllande, då det på film blir oerhörda eldklot av minsta moped som faller omkull). Däremot blev saneringsarbetet mycket omfattande och trafiken fick ledas via länsväg 900 (gamla E20) i nästan en månad.
Warning! You can NOT access the cache from the E20 motorway. Take road 900. An early Monday morning in August 2004, one tanker truck loaded with 56,000 liters of gasoline collided with one of the pillars of this bridge. At the collision leaked nearly 30,000 liters of gasoline to the environment. But strangely enough, it wasn’t any explosion or fire (strange, on movie there are always enormous fireballs). In contrast, remediation work very wide and traffic had to be routed via County Road 900 (old E20) for almost a month.
