Geocache Description:

This is our first attempt at a multi cache, born from a curiosity of what lay beyond the boom gates. The way-points are designed to take you on a stroll through this area to give you different viewing points of Launceston. Hope you enjoy!!

At the starting point [S 41 26 597 E 147 07 529] you will find views of Launceston and the Tamar River. You will also be close to an old Hydro Electric Dept building. On the front of the building there is a number (YEAR). You will need this to help find where the cache is hidden. 

At your next stop [S41 26.659 E 147 07.500] you will find views towards the Gorge and West Launceston. You will also see a group of eight numbers that will be required to locate the cache.

The cache can be located at [S 41 26.(YEAR-1248) E 147 07.(528+Sum of Eight Numbers)]

You will need to bring your own pen and be sure to replace things as you found them.
