You cannot legally go to the posted coordinates without special privileges or an athletic scholarship, and it would be dangerous to do so especially on Saturdays during football season. You would probably be heckled by fans and possibly tackled by a 300+ pound All-American defensive lineman. The posted coordinates are for the 50-Yard Line at Bryant-Denny Stadium, and nothing is hidden there.
Bryant-Denny Stadium is the home to 15 time National Champion Alabama Crimson Tide football team. You can find some interesting facts about the stadium here or here. You can read about the national championship tradition here.
Now that you have seen the stadium and read interesting info about it and the tradion of the Crimson Tide, go find this simple off-set multi-cache. From the posted coordinates, you need to go 5 regulation football fields (not including the endzones) at 56 degrees to find it. Your GPSr can accomplish this task in at least one method, maybe more, depending on the model. You can even use GSAK.
When you get to the other location, you will be at another famous UA landmark. I could chime in with some details about that location, but I think I'll let you research it on your own.
ROLL TIDE ROLL!
