T.Y. (Topeekeegee Yugnee) Park is a beautiful, shady park, with many activities for all. The 136 acres has a water park, boat rentals, bike rentals, playground, and a paved trail around the park. There are picnic areas, grills, pavilions and even an RV area.
Park Hours:
November 4, 2012 through March 9, 2013 Daily 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
March 10, 2013 through November 2, 2013 Daily 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Weekends:
$1.50 per/person
While hiding this cache near the RV campsite at sunset, I realized the RVs had the best view. They are close to the lake, as it turns almost orange in color as the sun sets. Truly spectacular! This is definitely a great place to hang around.
