This series is for Joe and his duck hunting buddies, to show everyone the 35 different species of ducks.
The Common Goldeneye is a medium-sized sea duck. The species is aptly named for it's golden-yellow eye. The adult males have a dark head with a greenish gloss and a circular white patch below the eye, and a dark back and a white neck and belly. Adult females have a brown head and a mostly grey body. Their legs and feet are orange-yellow. Watch out for thorns, you are looking for a large tube with lots of toys for the kids!
