The Third (Mis)adventure of Dudley...

Dudley Do-Right cannot believe that he is bungling the job again! After Snidley Whiplash was put behind bars for his actions at the Pet Park, the local magistrate took pity on him and let him out after 3 days for good behavior. All this did was allow Snidley to get back to his own tricks.
This time, Snidely has robbed a local toy store and has taken away all of the collectible Rocky and Bullwinkle Toys. Nobody knows what he wants to do with a moose or a flying squirrel, but rumor has it that he is intending to hold a press conference at the above co-ordinates to debut his new product, the "Tickle Me Snidley" Doll.
Dudley, being the diligent investigator that he has become (or after having Inspector Fenwick point out the obvious), went to the above co-ordinates to find some clues, but after thirteen times around this area, he has yet to find anything useful. Because the Geocaching Sleuths have been successful in the past, he hopes that someone can find something which can break open the case. Maybe you could go to the location he looked at to find the clue. Then you could find the hideout, retrieve the stolen toys, and put Snidely behind bars again.
Inspector Fenwick noted, however, that all diligent Mounties should bring either a notebook or camera to record their findings... it will probably be easier than relying on your memory. Plus it gives the evidence you will need to put Snidley behind bars.
Cache Owners Note: When you find stage one, please replace it similar to how you found it... this will make it challenging for all. Also, please post no pictures of the clue in order not to spoil it for anyone whom is working on this. And finally, please remember this is a Dudley, so don't overthink it and use a bit of patience and determination... all of the info you need is on this page!
