I wanted to make this a park and grab. However, there is no parking by it. You will need to park down the block and walk to it. Just don't get hit by cars crossing the street. I am not rating it for wheelchair, because I am not sure a person in one car reach for it.
It is between a micro and a small container. Can fit a small toy or two, maybe a TB without the extras. I didn't have a small pen/pencil, so BYOP. Congrats to TeamBrinken for being the FTF.
