HENING- Chesterfield County “The Series”
The HENING community has approximately 10,200 people residing in the community and is steadily growing. There are 3,375 single-family homes, 626 multi-family units and 2 duplexes within the community. Five Forks Village, Land O pines, Kings Forest, and Fairpines are some of the larger subdivisions. Lakeview and Vista Apartments and Watermark Town Center are also located in the community .The HENING communities borders are Iron Bridge Rd to the east, Chesterfield Airport and Whitepine Rd to the south, Falling Creek and the South Rockwood community to the west and the northern tip of the community borders the Richmond City limits. The HENING community has a lower than county average emergency call rate for Police, and matches the average for Fire and EMS calls. The traffic crash rate is lower than the county average. The HENING community has three undeveloped park sites: Stratton Park, Trampling Run Park and Cogbill Park. J.G. Hening Elementary School, Ukrops Soccer Complex and Chippenham Crossing Shopping Center are also within HENING’s boundaries.
**Cache is a black bison tube micro so BYOP. Theres a magnet attached to it to help hold it in its hiding place. This is another quick park and grab but you need to use your best geostealth due to high muggle traffic. You should be able to park right at or near the GZ. Please replace cache back in its hiding spot.
