In our great state, you can often be in more than one place at the same time. In fact, here it's nothing to be in two places. It's more of a challenge to be in three and it can be near impossible to be in four.
Take heart though. this is one of the many areas that you can be in three places at once. Many spots are inaccessible.
After arriving a GZ, take a compass reading and walk 35 ft on a bearing of 310 degrees to search for the container.
Harder to get to. Harder to find. Much Greater rewards.
The container is Full of Swag: Anime stuff, catalogs, computer programs, stickers, medallions, Tee-shirt, cards & toys. Feel free to take one or two items. Try to replace it with something if you can. BTW, BYOP. There is none in the container.
The goal here is:
First: Locate the container. This should be fairly easy, just follow the instructions.
Second: Take a picture of yourself/Team with GPS or compass in hand at the "POSTED COORDINATES" and include it with your log entry. This is not mandatory as a logging requirement, however it will prove to all that you can not only be in two places at once, but actually, in this case, three.
Third: Let us know via separate Email, what three places that you think you were in. Again, this is not a logging requirement. It will make it more fun though. Have the kids do it, or brush up on your Mapping/Geography skillz,
As always, Be safe. Replace the container as found or better and above all . . . . Have fun !!!
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Calumet county DNR office.
