Good Waters - El Mago Traditional Cache

I was saddened to see that there were no caches in Aguas Buenas, so I'm setting to fix that. This is the third in a series of caches you'll find near 'good waters'-- that is the public fountains in the pueblo. Could not put them IN the fountains, that is neither safe nor practical. This cache, as they all are, is within sight of the fountain near the coordinates. Here's a free hint: rorockck.
