This cache is a few strides up the lane leading to some business premises, and for that reason we've given it a difficulty rating of 3 to reflect the high probability of muggles during working hours.
Please take care, especially with children, if you attempt this cache during the normal office hours, as most visitors to the business will come along this lane by vehicle and may not be expecting pedestrians
