PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the proper tools to replace this cache properly, please wait to try it until you do have them. This cache is another one that's right up Titanium Man's alley. He would have no trouble with this one as he has the ability to levitate and also has a cloak of invisibility. Both of those could be very useful in retrieving and replacing this cache. This is a side street, but it does have it's share of cars driving through at times, so timing will be another factor. Please make sure to return the cache EXACTLY where and how you found it.
