"Mixed Nuts" is located in Franklin Canyon Park. There are many interesting items inside. You can park within a few feet of the cache and walk down to the location. Finding it once you are there will probably take a minute or two.

- Red Logbook with a Pen & Pencil (not to be taken of course!)
There's a place to park nearby -- I wouldn't park on the road, but you could.
