Geocache Description:


WINTERPOCK- Chesterfield County “The Series”
WINTERPOCK is an unincorporated community located in western Chesterfield County. There are 6245 residents with approximately 2364 single family homes and no multi-family units in the Winterpock community. The population and housing stats I believe include the Moseley community. MOSELEY will be a different cache in this series to be published at a later date. The Winterpock community has the historic Eppington Park, the Adventure Hill, Physic Hill and Cloverhill houses as well as many upscale subdivisions, both large and small farms, beautiful churches and the Winterpock Recreation Center within its boundaries. Winterpock has the taste of both worlds with a lot or rural area qualities like Crumps store which was established in 1925 but, the community is quickly developing with many new neighborhoods and businesses springing up like the Harpers Mill subdivision and Hancock Village Shopping Center. The WINTERPOCK community has a lower than average emergency call rate for police and EMS, but a higher than average rate for fire services. The traffic crash rate is also higher than the county rate. 

**Cache is a black bison tube micro so BYOP. A magnet is attached to help hold it in its place. Please use your best geostealth and replace as found. This is a park and grab so you should be able to park next toi or near the GZ.
