Strandkaien går fra fisketorget og ut til Østre Murallmenningen, hvor denne cachen er plassert.

I dette området ligger bl.a. fisketorget, Strandkaiterminalen for rutebåttrafikk, og det gamle kjøpesenteret Kløverhuset. Like over gaten, kan en se den gamle byporten Muren fra 1561. Herifra kan en f.eks. spasere gjennom Gågaten (del av Strandgaten), omgitt av pittoreske smau. Hvis du går ut på kaien, kan du få en flott utsikt over vågen mot bryggen.

English translation



Strandkaien runs from the fish market and out to Østre Murallmenningen, where this cache is located. This area includes, among other things the fish market, Strandkaiterminalen (for scheduled boat traffic), and the old shopping center Kløverhuset. Just across the street from here, you can see "Muren", the old city gate wall from 1561. From there, you can walk through the pedestrian shopping street (part of Strandgaten), surrounded by picturesque alleyways. If you go out to the edge of the dock, you will have great views across the bay towards Bryggen.
