I was driving around my new territory today, looking for hiding spots. When I saw this very likely place, I figured that there'd already be one here, and I thought that I might as well get it. Imagine my astonishment when I saw that the nearest cache is almost a mile away! What have you people been doing all this time? It's a good thing that I came up here!
The cache contains a log and a BIG $10 prize for FTF. BYOP. No credit without your signature or stamp. Please replace as I left it. Don't go down to the creek. There is also a benchmark close by, for them that logs that kind of thing. For your convenience, I have arranged for a good-sized gravel/paved parking area close to the cache.
The cache name is from the plaque on the bridge. This year is the bridge's 100th anniversary.
