Geocache Description:

The August Morning Commuters Club was designed to provide Virginia Peninsula caching commuters a way to grab work week event smileys during the month of August 2013. That is, when the Club organizers remembered to schedule the event...

It turns out, a certain plaid club member said he'd take Fridays, but somehow missed one.

So instead of an event, here's a cache to honor the August 2013 Souvenir Series, AMCC members, AACC members, and everyone else who scheduled August events to help us CGHR folks keep the streak alive. Here is a sampling of work week events from around Hampton Roads which GCHR cachers hosted to help keep the smileys going:

The original cache container was the FTF prize from GC40Q99 (visit link) , a cache hidden by chjbundr, one of our AMCC event organizers! Sadly, it was muggled the day the cache was published. The second container, a micro bison tube, was muggled 3 days later. This is version 3. Due to the high mugglage rate, I needed to go with something more incognito. When you find the cache, you'll see that it's not necessarily the most craftily made. When returning it to its position, please make sure the "better side" is facing out - you'll know what I mean when you find the cache. Also, you'll need to bring tweezers to get the log out, hence the addition of the "tools needed" icon. I'm bumping up the difficulty a little, too, for stealth and because the cache is a little less obvious than the original.
