Energeia Multi-Cache

This is a fun multi for the whole family. Mum and Dad will have to assist with deciphering the clue and the final location is a favourite spot for geo-kiddies.
The initial waypoint takes you to a new sculpture on the entry to Karratha. The artists describe its as capturing and reflecting the fast flowing energy of vehicles navigating the roundabout and the concepts of energetics as the transformation of energy in its many forms.

In order to decipher this you need to assign the letters of the alphabet a sequential number from 0 through to 9 then the next letter is again 0 and so on. Therefore A = 0 and Z should equal 5.
At the initial coordinates you will find a plaque that describes the feature in front of you. There are 9 lines of text on this plaque, including the title. Use this to determine the final coordinates as follows:
A = 5th letter, Line 4
B = 22nd letter, Line 9
C = 8th letter, Line 2
D = 45th letter, Line 3
E = 2nd letter, Line 8
F = 30th letter, Line 6
("-" and "&" do not count as letters)
The actual cache container is micro but (importantly) it is hidden in a larger camo container so as to blend in with the local surroundings. The cache container is too small to hold a writing stick. Beware of muggles, there can be lots and lots around.
