Update 10/24/13 HEADS UP!!!!Also at this local is a couple other containers that are not the geocache. Please make sure you are signing the NANO cache. The mother road. Americana by the bunches! You'll get the name when you get to GZ.
I picked up the host for this cache while logging a DNF west of SGF on Route 66.
I love Vacations! In fact I just burned a week. The 66 has always been an important part around here. There are three things why this city has come to be; The colleges, the Frisco, and 66. Heck the idea for it was born here. I did a couple of reports about Route 66 in school and would love to follow its path to CA one day.
Please take and post pics with your logs at this spot. Its an easy cache so I'm sure you wont be giving anything away.
If your traveling the route for fun please also tell about your trip in your log I would like to hear about your travels and if you have any hides on your own along the route.
I have alot of good memories at this location as a child and again as a teen(we wont go into detail about that).
