Parking a Cache Letterbox Hybrid

This is a Unique cache in the heart of Tel-Aviv. The cache is in parking lot of Dizengoff Center one of the oldest and most successful shopping malls in Israel. It is interesting that this shopping mall was build in a way that it contradicts all the building rules for shopping malls but it is still very successful.

What's the idea behind this cache ?

When I first met LexiD I was amazed of the way she found so much of my caches (and mine in specific) so I decided to plan a special cache for just for people like her

Ok so I do I find the cache ?

To find the cache you need to follow a few simple directions. The posted coordinates will take you to the parking lot near your first point from there you will follow the instructions
1.  close the posted coodinates you will find parking spot -2/201 The sum of the numbers of the parking spot opposite to it is A.  for example if the parking spot across is 123 then A=6
2.  Go to parking space-3/304 the parking spot just across it is 30B
3. Go to parking spot -2/209 in the corner there is a parking spot that is opposite to 209 and in the same time opposite to parking spot 218. The sum of the numbers of that spot is C  
4. Go to parking spot -4 /423 what is its color?  D= Yellow(1) Red(2) Blue(3)
5.  Go to parking space -3/353 the parking in front of it is 35E

Now for some more clues
1.  Go to parking spot -3/338 just above it you will see a picture/print/drew of 2 figures the cache is hiding behind a similar figure
2.  Go to -2/229 the cache is behind a unique color. if the parking spot is red then Pink, if blue then bright Yellow and if yellow then Green

The cache is between parking spot ABC and ADE

 
BTW: If you are coming with a car you can park right next to the cache
