MEADOWBROOK – Chesterfield County “The Series”
The MEADOWBROOK community is home to approximately 19,000 residents. There are 5,848 single-family homes, 1,697 multi-family units and 32 duplexes. MEADOWBROOK’s borders are Richmond City line to the north, Iron Bridge Rd to the west, Kingsland Rd to the south and the Seaboard Coastline Railroad to the east. MEADOWBROOK is home to the Meadowbrook Apartments, the Meadowdale Apartments as well as Meadowdale, Meadowbrook, and Stonegate subdivisions. MEADOWBROOK’s schools include Hopkins, Beulah, and Falling Creek Elementary, Falling Creek Middle and Meadowbrook High School. Meadowbrook Country Club, the Ampthill Post Office and Meadowdale Library are located in the MEADOWBROOK community. Gates Mill Park is the only county park located in the community. Besides small businesses MEADOWBROOK is home to the Meadowdale, Meadowbrook and Iron Gate Shopping Centers. The MEADOWBROOK community has a higher than average emergency call rate for Police, Fire and EMS services. The traffic crash rate is the same as the countywide average.
**Cache is a black bison tube micro with a small magnet attached to help keep it in place so BYOP. Cache is located in a high muggle area so use your best geostealth and replace where you found it. Plenty of parking so you can park right at or very near the GZ. watch kids because its a busy traffic area.
