Geocache Description:


The CITO event will take place before the Richmond rally festivities.
Take a garbage bag with you as you cache before the rally.

This is open to all geocachers, but if you are a Boy Scout working on the Geocaching merit badge, it is highly recommended you try and come as it knocks off one of the hard requirements.

The CITO will start at 6AM to 10:30AM (but you can start anytime), take a garbage bag with you.

I will have a prize for the cacher who collects the most garbage!

After the CITO, join the CVGA for the Richmond Rally at 11AM:
