The cache is located on a sidewalk area and you may need to go "Round Round" a certain structure on the sidewalk to find the cache. While you're there take a look at the nearby fountain in the middle of the traffic circle - the fountain is quite lovely and nearby speakers play festive music (although I've never heard Trooper music playing there). It's also interesting to watch drivers navigate "Round Round" the traffic circle - simple for some... a nightmare of mass confusion for others - and always entertaining to watch! As previously mentioned the cache is on a sidewalk area - it's NOWHERE near the road, traffic circle, or fountain! Bring your own writing stick.
WARNING: This sidewalk area can be an incredibly busy muggle zone! Use extreme stealth when searching and retrieving! Did I mention that the cache is NOWHERE near the road, traffic circle, or fountain?
