Cache Placed on a Grass Hill In Frank Brown Park.
Ok, I know I said grass hill, well it is just not your normal hill, it goes about 20 feet of the ground. It is a dangerous area because the hill is dirt packed which on the edges, dirt falls off. Not much stealth needed, unless a recreational event is occurring. The hint will tell you the easiest way to attack the hill, so use it if you have trouble climbing.
