I have an injured knee so I'm able to go out an uncover WP1 so here's the final cords. N 47° 59.815' W 122° 10.736'.
While walking out to WP1 (the posted coords) you can stay to the right for a longer walk and loops around which is what I recommend or stay to the left for a much shorter walk. When you arrive a WP1 find a plague with information on it.
How many letters are in the 3 words at the bottom of the plague. Make that.....A.
A + 299 = X
A + 01.093 = Z
Add X to the North coords. (posted coords)
Add Z to the West coords. (posted coords)
Now go get the final. It's a small camo cache hidden less than 2 feet off the pavement. Log, pen, a couple PathTags and swag. Could be a high muggle area so please use stealth. Please rehid the cache so it's standing up.
