*****CONGRATULATIONS TO BEACHGUY FOR THE FIRST TO FIND***** AGAIN, BE AWARE THERE IS TRAFFIC BEFORE YOU STOP FOR THIS ONE. THERE IS DEFINITELY PLENTY OF SHOULDER BUT IT CAN STILL BE UNNERVING. UPPED THE DIFFICULTY JUST BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC PANIC.

black micro, log only, bring your own pen.  Be watchful for fast moving Mugglemobiles.  There is plenty of shoulder so you are safe just be aware of it to keep you that way.
