2014 GOLD HIDEY AWARD WINNER FOR OUTSTANDING TRADITIONAL CACHE


This is the first of some fun caches that will be built by our Scouts. 

It is very important the cache is returned to the same condition as found so that everyone can enjoy the experience. Please no spoilers in the logs. Congrats to The_Litechs for the FTF !!!!!

This cache is placed where our Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop meet. Permision was given by the Church. In the Cub Scouts the boys are taught many things about the outdoors such as our environment, camping and they are also taught to use tools and to build things and sometimes we come up with ideas of neat gadgets to make.  As they cross over to become Boy Scouts they can earn a Geocaching Merit Badge. Hopefully this will bring a new young bread of cachers to join us in the fun. You can park right near ground zero but you might not want to go after it on a Sunday morning. It is quite a busy place until around 1:30 on Sundays.
