Welcome to the Annual Geocaching CITO event. Although good geocachers practice CITO all year long, geocaching.com has asked that geocachers worldwide clean their local spaces on this weekend and they give a souvenir for doing so.
Please gather at Lakeridge Sports Park. at 10:30 a.m. Dress appropriately for the weather, bring good work gloves to pick up litter and any litter picker-uppers you may own. Trash bags will be provided. There will be instructions and then we will clean until 12 Noon.
The CITO event gathering place is at Silver's Steakhouse, beginning at 12 Noon. All geocachers, whether you cleaned or not, are welcome. There is a lovely brunch or you can order off the menu.
Logged attendance will get you a souvenir and a chance at some coins we will draw for.
If the snow is still too much, we will announce the cancellation of the work party and just have the gathering at Noon.
