Geocache Description:

Aaah, the movie that helped make Jack Nicholson a star!  That alone makes this gritty film worth watching.  Apparently, many agree as it was selected to be in the Library of Congress in 2000.  Nicholson was nominated for an Oscar for this one (he lost to George C. Scott!) and the film was nominated for Best Picture (it lost to Patton).   This cache is placed within eyeshot of the kind of place Robert Dupea would hang out in!

This cache cannot be accessed from the TransCanada Highway.  Don't stop on the highway to try for this one! Congrats to CBMocha on another FTF!

This cache is part of a series.  It should be a fun tour of Canmore highlighting some cool places that remind me of some of the movie titles in the series.  Nine caches around town will help lead you to the final puzzle cache!  Write down the letter inside each cache in the series and use it to solve for the coordinates of the final puzzle. Here’s my movie list:

1 Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest – GC48J4Y
2 Days in the Valley – GC48GDZ
30 Minutes or Less – GC48GF9
42 – GC48HF3
5 Easy Pieces – GC48GF3
6 Black Horses – GC48GED
7 Psychopaths – GC48GA7
8 ½ - GC48J5Q
9 Miles Down - GC48J66

Once you have all the letters, check out this one:
007 in ‘Goldeneye’ – GC48GGA

Not all of them are classics, or even that good, but they all reminded me of some odd places in my dusty little town. Enjoy the movies and the tour!
